In Meetjesland the Cleythil Hotel is ideal to organize your meetings. Far from the hustle and bustle we offer you a range of facilities to to ensure the success of your meeting, press conference or product launch! Two professionally equipped meeting rooms are at your disposal: room with various setup options and capacity up to 55 people and “the boardroom”, a smaller intimate room with large square seminar table.

In addition to the traditional soft drinks and coffee break we can also offer hot lunches in the restaurant located on the site ‘Papinglo’.

Various lineups of the meeting room are possible, even for a meeting with desks. There is a complete system for creating professional presentations (sound & projection installation, connections data communications…)

The breakfast room (Orangery) can also be set up as a meeting room, but just after 10:00 am. There is always the possibility of combining various facilities (meeting with lunch, with buffet breakfast, just with coffee, or with overnight stay…) Please reserve in advance.

Teambuilding activities

You can also combine your meeting with an outdoor activity given the hotel’s large garden and its natural environment. The meeting room ‘ Georges Simenon ‘ is located in the basement space, measuring 64 m². In a “conference setting” it can accommodate 45 participants.

 From the spacious and quiet rooms, you can enjoy a panoramic view over the fields, and forests in the vicinity of the hotel.
